VisibleSeed LLC ยท Founded 2026
We sell the machine and leave it open.
The standard offer in this industry is a rented terminal welded to someone else's payment processor on a multi-year term. VisibleSeed sells you the equipment outright and unlocked. That is the whole company.
How we make money.
Said out loud
On the hardware, once. That is the business. We do not make a margin on your card volume, we do not hold a lease over you, and there is no renewal to protect, which means we have to be worth staying with rather than expensive to leave.
The single exception is printed on the pricing page: on Unlocked we take a small share of processing, because that tier ships with no software and no support and the hardware sale alone would not sustain it. Bring your own processor and we take nothing there either.
- Sold
- Hardware, once, at a published price
- Not sold
- Your card volume, to anyone
- Not held
- A lease, a term, or your data
- Not charged
- A fee to walk away
What we hold to.
4 principles
- Ownership is the argument
- Every page comes back to the same fact: you own the machine, and you are not tied to a processor. If a claim does not survive that test, it is not on the site.
- Publish the numbers
- Prices and fees are printed, not held behind a quote request. Transparency is the proof. Where a number genuinely depends on freight or a print run, we say so instead of inventing one.
- Be honest about the trade
- The Unlocked exclusions are printed as plainly as the benefits. A buyer who picks the wrong tier because we were vague is a buyer we lose anyway, later and worse.
- Scarcity without theater
- We take on a limited number of restaurants because installing and supporting them is physical work. It is stated once, factually, and never dressed up as a countdown.
Why we only take
so many.
We install on site, train your staff in person, and answer the phone ourselves. That only works close to home, so we take on a small number of restaurants at a time and reach out directly.
Installation is physical
Hardware has to arrive, get mounted, get networked, and get tested against your real menu.
Support has to be real
A register failing mid-service is an emergency. Promising cover we cannot deliver is worse than not selling.
Growing slowly is the point
The companies we compete with grew as fast as their sales teams could sign. That is how you end up writing their contracts.
Who we are not.
Stated plainly
VisibleSeed LLC is an independent company. It is not a subsidiary, division, or affiliate of any other business.
Prinvia, Inc. is a separate, unaffiliated company. It builds an AI operations platform for restaurants, and VisibleSeed is one of several point-of-sale systems it can integrate with. That integration is the entire relationship. There is no common ownership and no common control, neither company speaks for the other, and nothing we sell depends on it.
