Partners and Trademarks

1. VisibleSeed is independent

VisibleSeed LLC is an independent company. It is not a subsidiary, division, affiliate, agent, joint venture, or franchisee of any other company.

2. Prinvia, Inc.

VisibleSeed LLC is not owned by, operated by, controlled by, or a subsidiary of Prinvia, Inc. The two are separate and unaffiliated companies.

Prinvia, Inc. is a separate company that builds an AI operations platform for restaurants. VisibleSeed is one of several point-of-sale systems that platform can integrate with. That integration is the entire relationship between the two companies.

To be specific about what that does and does not mean:

• There is no common ownership and no common control between the two companies.
• Neither company is authorized to make representations, commitments, or warranties on behalf of the other.
• Neither company is liable for the products, services, statements, data handling, or conduct of the other.
• The VisibleSeed POS is a complete product on its own and requires no Prinvia product to function.
• Connecting the two is entirely optional and is initiated by you, not by us.
• Prinvia integrates with point-of-sale systems other than ours, and we do not receive preferential treatment as a result of the partnership.

If you connect VisibleSeed to Prinvia, data you choose to share flows to a third party and is then governed by Prinvia's own agreements and privacy practices, not ours. Review them before you connect anything.

Prinvia and the Prinvia logo are trademarks of Prinvia, Inc. They are used on this site for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement of VisibleSeed by Prinvia, Inc., or any relationship beyond the integration partnership described above.

3. Stripe

Stripe is our payment processor. Stripe, Inc. is an independent third party. Your payment processing relationship is with Stripe under Stripe's own agreements. We are not a bank, a money transmitter, or a payment processor. See Payments and Platform Fees for the full description of how that works.

4. Cloudflare

This website and its supporting services are hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare, Inc. is an independent third party. See our Privacy Policy for what that means for your data.

5. Competitor names

This site names other point-of-sale companies, including Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, TouchBistro, and SpotOn, on our comparison pages. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparative purposes only, which is lawful nominative fair use.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Comparative statements on those pages reflect publicly available information at the time of writing and our own assessment. Pricing and contract terms at other companies change, and we may be out of date. If you believe we have described a competitor's terms inaccurately, email hello@visibleseed.com and we will correct it.

6. Manufacturers

Hardware and equipment we resell is manufactured by third parties. Their trademarks belong to them. Manufacturer warranties are described in our Hardware Warranty.

7. Our marks

VisibleSeed, the VisibleSeed mark, and VisibleSeed Unlocked are trademarks of VisibleSeed LLC. You may use our name to refer to us factually. You may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written permission.

8. Corrections

If any statement on this page is inaccurate, or if you represent a company named here and believe we have described the relationship incorrectly, contact hello@visibleseed.com. We will correct errors promptly, and this page is the first place a correction lands.
