Hardware set up, menu built, staff trained. Then it is your equipment and your call what runs on it.
On Managed, nothing. You pay Stripe’s published rates and we add zero. On Unlocked, 0.25% + 10¢ per transaction, and only on payments routed through our Stripe platform. Bring your own processor and we take nothing at all.

Yes. You pay a one-time price and the equipment is yours on delivery. There is no lease, no financing term, no buyback clause, and nothing that turns it into a paperweight if you stop being a customer.
You get administrator access to the machine. You can install other software, wipe it, or repurpose it. The peripherals are standard devices on standard ports, and we have no remote kill switch.
No. Payments run on Stripe at Stripe published rates, and on the Unlocked path you can connect your own processor instead. If you do, we take nothing.
No term contract and no monthly minimum. On Managed there is no platform fee at all. On Unlocked we charge 0.25% + 10¢ only on payments routed through our Stripe platform.
On Managed you call us and we handle it, including the manufacturer warranty claim. On Unlocked the manufacturer warranty is passed through to you and you deal with the manufacturer directly, because there is no support included on that path.

We install on site, train your staff in person, and answer the phone ourselves. That only works close to home, so we take on a small number of restaurants at a time and reach out directly.
